A professionally qualified project manager and engineering geologist, Adam has more than 20 years of experience working on large and small-scale construction projects. He leads our national Strategic Projects team in the UK—they’re at the heart of shaping future communities, optimizing strategic land, and enabling sustainable energy solutions that help to address global climate challenges.
Drawing on his ability to build relationships with clients, designers, and contractors, Adam has experience in project management and leads multiple teams on major brownfield redevelopment sites, most notably for Homes England. He’s also managed significant refurbishment projects as well as niche construction projects such as The Wave, a multi award-winning surfing destination. It’s won the Green Building Project of the Year at the 2020 BusinessGreen awards and the People's Choice award in the Institution of Civil Engineers South West Civil Engineering Awards 2020.
When he isn’t helping shape future communities, Adam enjoys keeping fit if only to keep up with his young children and dogs as they tear around the English countryside.
