Norma is a senior architect and healthcare planner who believes that client satisfaction is best achieved through attentive listening to their needs—her creativity is driven by purpose and connection with her clients. Known for designing hospitals, from the schematic design all the way up to the construction phase, she’s adept at transferring client needs into final design concepts and buildings that serve surrounding communities.
Collaborating with her client and other partners, Norma’s been involved in the Mount Sinai Hospital Renovation Project in Toronto since 2011 during design development. Now she continues to support the Contract Admin team during construction.
When she’s not transforming healthcare delivery through designing hospitals, Norma enjoys sketching during her travels. She also enjoys playing the recorder and flute and would love to play in a baroque ensemble group.
