Marc leads the Corporate Real Estate Design team at Stantec. He maintains an overall administrative responsibility for guiding projects within expectations and established qualitative and quantitative parameters, while looking for opportunities to improve processes and results.
With more than 40 years of experience in the Chicago workplace market, Marc has led project teams, managed workplace studios, owned a workplace practice, and led offices for notable design firms. He is well known throughout the Chicago real estate community.
Aside from his membership with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Marc is currently on the professional development committee for the Chicago chapter of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and a member of the Northern Illinois chapter (IFMA/NI). He also serves on several boards, including the Real Estate Action Committee (REACH) for The City of Hope, the Ferris State University advisory boards for the facilities management program, the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), and the facilities committee of Aspire.
