Once a capital city for nearly 200 years, Northampton is now known for being the home of the Northampton Saints, a premiership rugby union team. It’s also home to our team of specialist geo-environmental and geotechnical engineers who serve clients in the UK, Ireland, and beyond across the community development and building sectors.
From our office near the M1, we focus on brownfield sites associated with major strategic and commercial developments. Examples include Magna Park South in Lutterworth, a manufacturing and distribution space, and SEGRO Park, Coventry, an industrial and logistic space on the edge of the Coventry Airport and one of the largest brownfield sites of its kind in the UK.
