Stantec earns 2026 Military Friendly Employer Gold designation

The honor reflects Stantec’s commit to the recruitment, retention, and advancement of veterans and military employees
For the fifth consecutive year, Stantec has earned the Military Friendly® Employer designation, receiving the Gold ranking for 2026.
VIQTORY, with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council, established the methodology and criteria. Stantec’s ratings reflect its survey score and performance in recruitment, retention, turnover, and advancement of veterans and military employees.
Stantec’s Military and Veterans Advocate (MAVA) employee resource group (ERG) supports the integration and engagement of military community members within the organization. Through its three pillars—attraction, transition, and retention—it offers targeted assistance to veterans, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary to establish and sustain rewarding careers at Stantec.
The MAVA ERG unites veterans, service members, spouses, and families to support initiatives such as transition programs for new hires, care packages for deployed troops, building homes for wounded warriors, and memorial services for the fallen.
