Three Stantec engineers are featured in the United States Society on Dams’ Dams and Levees summer magazine

Working on the Panama Canal, prioritizing time with family, and giving back to the community. Three Stantec engineers share highlights from their careers and the paths they’ve taken to get here. Senior Associate Amanda Adams, Senior Associate Rachael Bisnett, and Principal Geotechnical Engineer Melanie Davis discuss unique projects around the world, the importance of mentorship, and why being part of this industry is rewarding.

Rachael leads dam modification projects with a focus on risk informed decision-making—as a geotechnical engineer with domestic and international hydroelectric project experience, she specializes in performing risk analyses to assess dam safety.
