Shu is a civil engineer with more than 17 years of experience across the water, power, industrial logistics, and transport infrastructure sectors throughout Australia. Having managed multidisciplinary project teams, he has a track record of delivering robust integrated solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and agencies.
Through effective teamwork, communication, and mentoring, Shu keeps the team’s focus aligned with the project objectives. He also has extensive experience on major projects as a design package lead, including the Victorian Desalination Plant Project, Regional Rail Link Project—Footscray to Deer Park, and the Eastlink Project. Shu was able to lead and oversee the multidisciplinary teams on these projects to deliver design outcomes to budget and meet project timeframes.
In addition to Shu’s professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with his fitness, and a glass or two of fine wine with his friends.
