Declan is passionate about people and built environments that promote vibrant and well-connected communities. With expertise in transportation, integrated urban planning, and major event operations, he brings his experience from New Zealand and Australia to our New York City office.
In Melbourne, Declan established himself as a leader in major sporting event and venue transportation, responsible for overseeing the transport planning of the Australian Open, F1 Grand Prix, Melbourne Cricket Ground, and Melbourne Cup Carnival. He excels in collaborative planning, coordinating across disciplines, agencies, clients, stakeholders, and the public to deliver robust and effective outcomes. Previously, Declan also served as the global lead for our Developing Professionals Group (DPG), overseeing the network across 22 countries.
Away from his desk, you’ll often find Declan travelling. He’s also a former world champion Irish dancer and is currently training to continue his family’s teaching legacy.
