A mechanical engineer working within our Programme Management team, Marton has broad experience ranging from start-ups to large enterprises across the UK and Europe. Passionate about renewable energy, specifically hydrogen, he’s exploring avenues to position us at the forefront of this field, both domestically and abroad, with a vision to create sustainable and efficient energy solutions for the future.
Currently, Marton is seconded to National Grid as a change controller in strategic infrastructure, which will directly enable the UK to reach its net zero targets. Driven by a desire to acquire a global view and help his colleagues solve challenges around the world, he also has a desire to learn all he can. He’s involved in KnEX, our knowledge exchange program in Scotland that enables colleagues to share their expertise and lessons learned.
When Marton’s not working with net zero goals, he enjoys sports as well as reading a wide range of books, cooking, and discovering new places, whether it’s an old city centre or an ancient forest.
