Arthur is a seasoned consultant and programme manager with decades of experience across the water and energy industries. Drawing on his track record of leadership and relationship-building, he has spearheaded and participated in four strategic transformation and organisational design-change projects with UK clients. He’s also successfully led and delivered numerous investment programmes.
As the director of advisory services, Arthur leads a team of advisory services specialists within our UK Energy and Resources group. Together, they provide executive consultancy services directly to clients and drive capital delivery programmes aimed at achieving UK net zero. The team is connected to many aspects of delivery including programme management office, commercial, safety, regulation, governance, and organisational design. Aligning closely with our growth strategy in the UK, Arthur has also led the Stantec Inspirational Leadership course for the last three years.
When he isn’t leading his team, Arthur enjoys cycling, hill walking, swimming, and mountain biking with his wife and two boys whenever possible.
