With an understanding that development economics isn’t just about growth. Rachel knows that it also helps foster sustainability, empower communities, and unlock the full potential of development. Contributing to our Development Economics team, she engages in diverse projects such as crafting socio-economic chapters for environmental impact assessments (EIA) and conducting employment, land, and housing need assessments.
Rachel brings experience as a surveyor qualified with the Royal Institution Chartered Surveyor (RICS) to her role as a development economics consultant. She holds an undergraduate degree in economics and geography from Lancaster University and completed a master's degree in planning and real estate at the University of Manchester.
Not only is she a champion for housing needs, but Rachel channels her competitive spirit into triathlons, and is often found running, cycling, or swimming in her spare time.
