He has extensive experience in strategic business planning where he’s helped clients prepare and deliver both water and wastewater business plans that address internal asset risk—while also satisfying customer, regulatory, and shareholder desired outcomes.
Simon’s experience is comprised of project, programme, and business management, and he specialises in efficient delivery while maximizing performance in environments with multiple stakeholder interest. He has a demonstrated skill for strategic thinking aligned to delivery outcomes and this is reinforced through clear delivery plans.
As a principal consultant, Simon is focused on providing change management, bid assessment and improvement planning, capability assessment, business transformation and provision of programme management and strategic planning services for our clients in the water sector.
