Understanding roadway assets—both makeup and condition—is vital for the effective management of a transportation network. Communities rely on these transportation networks. We work with our clients to manage their streets, highways, runways, lots, and more, focusing on pavement engineering and related data collection services.
Using traditional or alternative project delivery methods, our team provides pavement design, geotechnical and forensic investigations, geotechnical engineering and materials testing, and geographic information system (GIS) mapping. We apply digital solutions including our proprietary RoadMatrix™ pavement management system as well as commercial products such as Cityworks and AASHTOWare Pavement ME Design.

Infrastructure assessment
There are many ways to assess the condition of your assets. Our team uses non-destructive testing methods such as ground penetrating radar and LIDAR (co-located on our leading-edge data collection vehicle, the Road Tester 3000) as well as truck-mounted tools such as falling weight deflectometers and drilling rigs for core and borehole investigations.
