Daniel has always enjoyed building things and taking them apart. Becoming an architect was his first dream, but when his university didn’t offer that as a major, civil engineering was the next closest thing.
With 30 years in the industry, Daniel has worked on projects of all sizes in the public and private sectors, from K-12 schools, to industrial warehouse and manufacturing projects. He leads our Community Development group in Greenville, South Carolina, providing site assessment, concept planning, and master planning. They also work on stormwater management, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, erosion and sedimentation control, and utility design.
Every project is different—Daniel’s motivated by the variation of his work and his team that makes the job fun. He likes that Stantec can be a one stop shop for our clients. Having the flexibility to provide multiple services with global knowledge and resources, and our commitment to providing a quality product makes our clients successful.
When he’s not leading his team, Daniel enjoys going mountain biking, building Legos with his kids, and having date nights with his wife.
