A natural problem solver, Jeremy identified a gap between technical skills and production early in his career. He bridges this game with positive communication and a willingness to learn, engaging with both technical and operational personnel.
Since joining us, Jeremy has led process engineering efforts for our Mining group. He offers technical input to help solve clients' problems and fostering interdisciplinary relationships. He’s known for his practical guidance in studies and detailed design, putting a strong emphasis on safety and good design practices.
Jeremy is interested in both familiar projects where he can apply his skills and new, challenging projects that allow him to learn and grow. He has a particular interest in hydrometallurgy due to its complexity and continuous advancements.
Outside of his professional commitments, Jeremy engages in a diverse range of interests and hobbies. Although he has reduced his participation in rugby union due to his age, he remains active through yard work and enjoys engaging in activities that his children are passionate about.
