As the group leader for our Dams and Hydropower group, Bill oversees business operations, development, proposal management, and team leadership. Drawing on his expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and construction oversight, he has managed various dam projects. He enjoys the unique challenges each dam presents.
Currently, Bill is working as owner’s engineer design manager on a dam safety improvement project that involves raising the dam crest and widening the spillway. The site's complexity and the collaborative engagement with participating parties make it particularly engaging for him.
When he isn’t managing dam projects, Bill devotes his time to his wife and two young children. He also enjoys working in his yard and on shop projects, as well as boating, fishing, and American-style barbecue.
