Richard brings 30 years of experience in digital technology, infrastructure, and the built environment to his role as our technology services leader in Australia. Known for connecting emerging technology with practical outcomes, he helps clients make confident, long‑term decisions, guiding them through digital complexity.
Throughout his career, Richard has contributed to how major precincts, campuses, hospitals, airports, and stadiums function. He designs technology systems that improve performance, resilience, and the experience of the people who use them. His experience spans information and communications technology (ICT), cyber security, audiovisual systems, digital masterplanning, data centres, and complex systems integration. He has also delivered global smart building programmes and contributed to international smart‑city initiatives in cybersecurity leadership.
Outside of work, Richard teaches at the University of Technology Sydney and spends his free time either playing golf or paddling a surfski in the ocean.
