Megan is a principal civil engineer and team leader of the Wide Bay, Pialba office and has over 14 years of experience in both local government and the private sector. She’s gained a broad knowledge of civil engineering and project management experience in that time and is passionate about serving her local community.
While Megan's expertise is predominantly in infrastructure planning, she has worked across all phases of the asset life cycle and is able to manage projects and teams to achieve client's outcomes in accordance with project times and budgets. Key projects include Bundaberg Aquatic Centre Detailed Design, Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre Master Plan, Fraser Coast Water Supply Security Strategy and Bundaberg and Coastal Water Supply Strategy. Megan is also the Fraser Coast Branch President for the Urban Development Institute of Queensland and represents the local development industry through advocacy with local and state government agencies.
When Megan’s not busy with her two young children, she loves to work up a sweat by exercising and wind down by exploring her creative side and sewing her own clothes.
