Karan is a traffic engineer and transport modeller with nearly 10 years of experience. Striving to develop a safer, more efficient transport network, he relies on his skill with mobility modelling and traffic engineering simulation software—Aimsun, Vissim, and Sidra. His work on multidisciplinary projects includes road network modelling, town centre traffic studies, corridor modelling, highway assessments, and traffic impact assessments.
Drawing on his engineering and communication skills, Karan creates customised solutions, solving complex problems, and effectively meeting the needs of invested parties. One of his most engaging projects involved developing over 20 transport modelling scenarios using Aimsun and evaluating more than 40 infrastructure treatments. His collaboration with diverse participating parties showcased his adaptive problem-solving and teamwork skills and resulted in successful outcomes for the client.
Beyond his work with transport engineering, Karan is passionate about playing the electric guitar and has extensive experience in audio engineering and music production.
