A geotechnical dam engineer, Polly has experience in geotechnical investigation, interpretation, and design of embankment dams and canals. She specialises in earthworks, construction monitoring, and quality control. Her geotechnical investigation experience includes geotechnical drilling and logging technologies, surface geophysics as well as in-situ, earthworks, material, and permeability testing.
Polly thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and enjoys collaborating with a skilled, multidisciplinary team. The most rewarding part of her work is contributing to community growth and development. She’s gained extensive experience working in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and Southeast Asia. Each project she undertakes is distinct, engaging, and memorable, providing her with valuable opportunities to continuously enhance her engineering expertise.
