Passionate about developing highways that keep traffic rolling safely and efficiently, Radhika is focused on identifying high casualty roads and analysing traffic data to develop vehicle study models. She compiles her findings into detailed reports and assesses network performance. She pinpoints intersections using Scats, conducts traffic simulations, tests various scenarios, and documents her results using tools like Vissim, Aimsun, and Sidra.
Radhika is particularly proud of her work on the Sydney Gateway project—a new connection from the city’s motorway network to the airport. There, she reviewed reports, extracted performance metrics, and performed traffic modelling and data analysis to evaluate the project’s impact. This opportunity evaluating the project’s operational readiness and analyzing its wider network impact showcased her technical expertise and professional growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Radhika is passionate about culinary arts, frequently exploring local eateries and experimenting with innovative recipes at home. She’s also an enthusiastic dancer, currently honing her skills in two distinct dance forms.
