John is responsible for market development, successful project delivery and employee engagement. He firmly believes when staff wellbeing is a core focus in business, it propagates outward to our clients and provides confidence in our services.
With his unique background in process and mechanical design for comprehensive wastewater treatment and water reuse projects, John enjoys being able to provide inventive solutions to complex problems for the community's benefit. One such project was the Regional Water Quality Control Plant Expansion for the City of Riverside in California and his role was the project and technical lead from concept stage to the start of construction. The project was the world’s first large-scale membrane bioreactor retrofit at the time. The result is an advanced reuse plant that meets both the current and future service levels of the community.
After work John loves hanging out with his family and visiting their holiday home on Bribie Island.
