Inspired by restoring classic British motorbikes with his father as a child, Russell developed an appreciation for mechanical engineering and the technical mind. Now, more than 30 years later, he’s provided engineering, procurement, and construction services for large conveyance assets, ranging from pump stations to tanks and pipelines. He’s dedicated the past 20 years of his career to providing clean water access across the United Kingdom and Western Australia.
A firm believer in understanding clients’ long-term needs, Russell hopes to support our Water group in becoming Australia's market leader for the design and delivery of all conveyance assets. Looking to the future, he’s enthusiastic about sustainability initiatives, particularly in reducing the carbon footprint of large pump stations through renewable energy sources.
When he isn’t busy working on large conveyance projects, Russell indulges in his passions for collecting ‘80s vinyl records and learning Auslan (Australian Sign Language).
