Paul’s work includes everything from producing web and social media content to securing stories in industry and mainstream media and managing our reputation. He also works on change communication, award entries, and providing best-practice advice to our regional senior leadership team. Having started his career in production on live television and radio, Paul understands that knowing how to respect and manage time is a very powerful skill. He came away from that work with an ability to remain calm in urgent and time critical situations, knowing how to be resilient and how to continually improve. A member of our Inclusion and Diversity Council, Paul is committed to achieving equity—he believes there’s always an opportunity to learn how to be a better ally.
When he’s not working, Paul loves being in the water, whether it’s calm or surf, it’s his happy place. Recently, he’s gotten into gardening—he believes your environment has a huge influence on your mood.
