As the principal manager for applied geology and mining projects in the Mackay office, Trudie’s 18 years of experience in rock mechanics, applied and engineering geology, and geotechnical engineering are highly regarded by clients and her team. Collaborating on large scale projects such as industrial infrastructure, rail lines, mining infrastructure, and quarrying, Trudie is passionate about geology.
And as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic engineering geologist, her skills benefit a diverse range of projects in Mackay and surrounding regions. Even tourist attractions receive the “Trudie Treatment,” verifying the Mount Morgan Caves safety for visitors after a severe weather event. Trudie proudly shares her geologist's know-how, providing analysis of geology samples from Australian and international quarries. Whether working on site, managing a project, or working in the laboratory, Trudie's knowledge of all things geology is a benefit to any project.
When not in the office, or on site, Trudie is an avid photographer, and she enjoys spending time camping in the great outdoors.
