Best known for her terrestrial ecology and environmental approvals expertise, Kylie has worked on water infrastructure, transport, and community development projects across Australia. She enjoys balancing fieldwork and office-based tasks, mentoring junior staff, exploring learning opportunities, and developing long-standing relationships with key clients.
One of Kylie’s career highlights involved providing ecological advice and helping deliver more than AU$850 million worth of road construction works in Central Queensland following the unprecedented flooding events of 2010/2011. She liaised extensively with stakeholders and regulatory authorities and had the opportunity to present at an in-person meeting with the Federal Department of the Environment and Energy in Canberra.
When she’s not cheering on her two sons at the athletics track or football ground, she enjoys playing and watching tennis, getting out into nature with the kids, and attending concerts and theatre productions.
